Tough new GA DUI law effective July 1, 2009

House Bill 336 was passed in the state legislature's 2008 session. This bill created a felony level DUI charge for repeat offenders who have four DUI convictions on their ten year rap sheets. The Chattanoogan has a lengthy article on this new law here.
